After a hard day’s work treat yourself to this gem. “Our Great National Parks” is a documentary series on Netflix, narrated by former president Barack Obama, about the diverse and interesting wildlife in our world’s national parks. He speaks to the great importance of protecting biodiversity and all these fabulous species. The episodes provide interesting insights, fabulous animals and delightful entertainment.
The series reminded me of when I worked closely with Marine Conservation Institute to help build awareness for their Global Ocean Refuge System (now called Blue Parks). It is all about protecting the biodiversity of the world’s oceans in a scientific and systematic way.
I hope that Netflix creates several more episodes of this wonderful show.
